Helping Partners Feel Connected Again
Jessica works with couples and individuals who want to build deeper intimacy, improve communication, and feel more aligned in their relationships. Her clinical approach focuses on understanding the patterns that keep clients feeling stuck and supporting them as they create more secure, connected, and fulfilling partnerships.
Few things test a relationship like growing a family. Pregnancy, a new baby, or the long road of trying to conceive can change how partners communicate, how much time and energy they have for each other, how they handle money, and how connected they feel physically and emotionally. Many couples find themselves having the same argument over and over, or quietly drifting apart, without knowing how they got there.
Jessica helps couples slow those patterns down and see them clearly. Instead of focusing on who is right, she helps partners understand what's happening between them, what each person needs, and how to move toward each other again.
More secure, connected, and fulfilling partnerships, built one honest conversation at a time.
Jessica holds certifications as an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and a Certified Financial Therapist. That combination means she is equipped to help with two topics many couples find hardest to talk about, intimacy and money, in a space that is collaborative, supportive, and free of judgment.
How Jessica Can Help
Areas of Focus
Jessica's work centers on relationship dynamics. Here are some of the challenges she helps couples and individuals work through.
Prenatal & Postpartum Transitions
Becoming parents reshapes a relationship. Jessica helps couples navigate shifting roles, exhaustion, and new pressures during pregnancy and postpartum, so they can face this season as a team. Learn about support for partners.
Intimacy & Desire Discrepancies
It's common for partners to want different levels of closeness, especially after a baby. As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, Jessica helps couples talk about intimacy openly and rebuild a connection that works for both of them.
Emotional Disconnection & Communication
Feeling like roommates, having the same fight on repeat, or not feeling heard. Jessica helps partners understand the patterns behind the conflict and communicate in ways that bring them closer.
Infertility Recovery
Fertility challenges can strain even the strongest relationships. Jessica supports couples in healing together after infertility, reconnecting, and finding their way forward. Learn about fertility counseling.
Financial Stress in Partnerships
Money is one of the most common sources of tension for couples, and a growing family often adds to it. As a Certified Financial Therapist, Jessica helps partners explore the emotions and patterns behind money conflicts and get on the same page.
Individual Relationship Work
You don't need your partner in the room to start. Jessica also works with individuals who want to understand their relationship patterns and build healthier, more secure connections.
Her Approach
Systemic, Attachment-Based, and Somatic
Jessica integrates systemic, attachment-based, and somatic frameworks to create a collaborative and supportive space. Each one offers a different lens on what's happening in a relationship.
A systemic lens looks at the relationship as a whole rather than placing blame on one person. It asks how each partner's reactions shape the other's, and how outside pressures like a new baby, work, or finances feed into the cycle.
An attachment-based lens focuses on the deeper needs underneath conflict: the need to feel safe, valued, and close. When partners understand what they're really reaching for in each other, arguments tend to soften and repair becomes easier.
A somatic lens brings attention to the body. Stress, hurt, and disconnection don't just live in our thoughts. Noticing how they show up physically can help partners calm down, stay present in hard conversations, and feel more connected, including in their intimate relationship.
Together, these approaches help couples move beyond surface-level fixes toward lasting change in how they relate to each other.
