A Space Where You Feel Seen and Supported
Camilla is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who specializes in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, and the emotional transitions of motherhood. She is passionate about helping women heal from trauma and build deeper emotional freedom, stability, and a stronger sense of self.
She understands that becoming a parent can bring tremendous joy while also uncovering old wounds, anxiety, grief, and feelings of overwhelm. Many women are surprised when pregnancy or a new baby brings up memories, emotions, or patterns from their own childhood. Others find that the stress of infertility or the pain of a loss touches on hurts they thought they had already left behind. Camilla helps women make sense of these experiences with compassion rather than judgment.
A space where your story is honored, your emotions are welcomed, and your healing is nurtured with intention.
Her goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where women feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey. Whether you're expecting, newly postpartum, trying to conceive, or grieving, Camilla walks alongside you as you work toward feeling more stable, more free, and more like yourself.
Christian counseling is also available upon request, for clients who would like their faith to be part of the healing process.

Her Approach
Warm, Relational, and Person-Centered
Camilla's approach is warm, relational, and person-centered, blending evidence-based therapies with deep compassion. She believes healing happens in the context of a trusting relationship, so she focuses first on making therapy a place where you feel safe to be fully yourself.
EMDR and Brainspotting are brain-body therapies that help process distressing memories and emotions that can be hard to reach through talking alone. Somatic interventions bring attention to how stress and trauma show up in the body, helping clients feel calmer and more grounded.
Attachment-based therapy and psychodynamic therapy explore how early relationships and past experiences shape the way we feel, connect, and parent today. These approaches are especially helpful for women who notice old patterns resurfacing as they become mothers.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) offers practical tools for recognizing unhelpful thought patterns and building more balanced, supportive ways of thinking. Camilla draws on whichever combination of these approaches best fits each client's needs and goals.
